Induction Pickup

I made a video montage of some experimenting with a DIY induction pickup. It was a simple hack, I ripped out a coil from an old power supply and soldered a jack plug onto it. I got some nice rhythmic material from the laptop.

As musical experiment I also made a track using only sounds from the pickup. My favourite part is probably the pad that was edited in Kontakt.
